The wiping technique can be used to create beautiful mesh structures and cells.
The simplest wiping technique is to use baking paper or damp kitchen paper. The colors are applied in stripes. The paper is then pulled over the stripes along the entire length of the canvas to create interesting patterns.
You can also work with a spatula or palette knife. You layer different layers of paint on top of each other, with the last layer of paint being mixed with a varnish base. If you now go over the paint in oscillating movements, net-like structures are created.
The course provides a practical introduction to both techniques.
We will be busy for about 2.5 hours.
Swiping is particularly fun if you already have some previous knowledge, but this is not a prerequisite.

Get to know the fascinating world of epoxy technology.
Epoxy is a clear resin that dries to an impact-resistant, crystal-clear and high-gloss finish. The two resin components are mixed to produce a clear viscous liquid that can be colored with pigments. By adding silicone oil or special cell generators, structures similar to the Fluid Art casting process can be achieved.
